EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY SHOULD BE AWARE OF THESE RULES BEFORE THEY ENTER THE PREMISES AT RACEWAY COVE CAMPGROUND.

RESPECT FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS AND OUR CAMPGROUND - Park only on your assigned site. Do not move to another site without approval from the campground office. If you have an extra car, it must be parked on your site as well. No site may have more than two vehicles on it. If you have other registered vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot in front. If your camper or vehicles are parked on someone elseç—´ assigned site, they will be towed to an impound lot at your expense. Stay on the main roads, and do not cut across other peoples sites to get to your site. Anyone intentionally doing damage to the campground property will be charged a minimum $250 restoration fee.

GENERATORS - We allow generators. We just ask that you respect your neighbors. If you know your generator is noisy, try to baffle the sound with foam board or something, and don't run it all night long. Quiet Hours are between 1AM and 6AM. All generators must be turned off by 1AM with the exception of folks using necessary medical apparatus and special weather circumstances such as extreme heat or cold.

CAMPFIRES - We normally allow campfires. But due to dry conditions, we regret we cannot allow campfires at this time. The Fire Marshall has insisted that all campfires be contained within a fire ring. A fire ring can be as simple as rocks, bricks, blocks, or an old tire rim. Please do not bring pallets or wood with nails. This is a serious offense which could get you kicked out fast. Please clean up your fire pit before you leave & don't leave rock or blocks on the campsite. The Fire Marshall may impose a city-wide burning ban if conditions become dangerously dry. The Tennessee Department of Forestry has imposed a ban on wood from Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Maryland. They actively seek out firewood from these states, confiscate it and burn it.

PETS - We allow pets. We ask you to use discretion in bringing your pet. If your pet bites or could be considered dangerous, don't bring it. You will be responsible for any injury or damage your pet causes. If your pet barks so much it would be a nuisance to your fellow campers, don't bring it. Otherwise, we love pets too, so bring it on. Please keep your pet under control at the campground and clean up after it.

ATV'S, 4 Wheelers, 3 Wheelers, Golf Carts and Mini Bikes are allowed. But must be driven safely or it will be parked or confiscated. You must register your vehicle at the front office before operating it on the property. There will be a $10 fee to cover administrative costs. You may not operate a vehicle while consuming or under the influence of alcohol, and you must obey the 10 mph speed limit and not drive recklessly. You must operate only on campground roads, and carry no more passengers than your vehicle was designed for. If you do not operate within the rules, you will be asked to park your vehicle or leave without refund. These rules are for the safety of all of our campers and were made necessary because a few could not exercise good common sense.

HAVIN' A GOOD TIME - We want everyone to have a good time. Please keep your neighbor in mind when having a good time and don't get too loud. After 1 AM the noise level must be minimal. Out of control behavior, loud cursing, fighting, etc. could result in instant expulsion from the campground without refund. We have security and we won't hesitate to call the police. It is our intent to keep our campground a safe, secure, and friendly campground at all times. Anti-social behavior will not be tolerated. If you can't live with that, you are at the wrong campground.

WE DO WORK VERY HARD TO MAKE SURE THAT BOTH YOU AND YOUR PROPERTY ARE SAFE HERE.
